Have You Seen These Brothers?
C
A Alpha has lost contact with the following brothers and needs your help to
add them to our mailing list! To provide a current address or other contact
information for the brothers below, please e-mail our alumni relations consultant
at sjohnston@penningtonco.com or send updated contract information to Sigma
Phi Epsilon, University of California, Berkeley, P.O. Box 442100, Lawrence, KS

based in Culver City, Calif., recently acquired
a large portfolio of properties in the South Los
Angeles area. It was a huge accomplishment for
Dave and his team.
If you were stranded on a desert island, what
three items would you want with you? Knowing
they are not exactly items, Dave would take his
two daughters and wife. He couldn't live without
them.
What's your most significant current challenge?
Capitalizing new real estate transactions. Accessing
the funds to do new deals has been, and will
continue to be, Dave's biggest business challenge.
