Linda Hollard is one of four coordinators at the Bible Baptist Church
in Erie, Colorado. Her husband Paul, dad, Dave Pohlman along with a
group of Mountain Quail MH & RV Park volunteers have been doing an
amazing job of cleaning up the grounds around Carol's Cupboard Food
Bank and the building next door which will soon be Carol's Closet.
They have been out with chain saws, rakes, and whatever is needed to
make it look clean and beautiful. Along with all the trimming, cutting,
weeding and raking they have taken all the clippings for disposal. A
blessing to in-house volunteers, who are always busy helping the com-
munity.
For several years, when they visited Quartzsite before, and saw Carol
Kelley they wanted to offer passing it forward in this way to help our
food bank. Carol, of course, would not say no to such a generous offer.
They will come every Tuesday until the work is completed over the next
few weeks.
We would like to throw out a big THANK YOU to those who have been
working so hard. Jerry Andrews, Clay Ostergren, Mike and Linda Nagel,
Paul Hollard and Dave Pullman. we truly appreciate your kindness and
efforts to help us look great.
