Open since August, he recently added an Italian buffet to his daily menu. "We now offer a full pizza and paste buffet and salad bar," the 54-year-old said. "The pasta buffet has meatballs, Italian sausage, two different sauces, three different pastas and a specialty dish of some kind." The new buffet line also includes soup options in rotation. "We also have a soup of the day," he explained. "We have tomato basil. I'm going to offer Italian chili. Another soup is broccoli cheddar and I'll make minestrone. There will be a different soup every couple of days." Victor assures the Italian cuisine you will find on his buffet will always be fresh. "We put a little bit out on the line at a time and we have three people to keep track of it. We don't want anything to dry out. We want it to be top quality and fresh and we want it to stay that way." feature story Advetorial Feature 'The right touch' DeMarco's Italian Dining and Pizza continues family tradition of serving classic Italian cuisine BY DAVE WOODS ADVERTORIAL WRITER DWOODS@NWADG.COM Victor DeMarco prepares pasta primavera for the new Italian buffet at Demarco's.
