and chairs

countertops
• Divide the space with a third of the current
dining room space developed into a study
space for 20 with desks, chairs, electrical
outlets and a printer
• This renovation gives additional study space
options for both live-in members and those
living out of the house looking for a quiet
study space
Bathroom Renovation
Summer 2019
• Renovate aging second and third floor
bathrooms
• Gut and redesign space to accommodate the
37 collegiate members using these two
bathrooms
• New piping, plumbing fixtures, electrical
outlets, lighting and tile
• Create storage space for each live-in member
to store personal care items
Attic Conversion
Summer 2020
• Repropose the fourth floor attic from storage
space into a living floor to bring live-in
capacity to nearly 50 members
• Create living and sleeping spaces for
8 to 10 women
• Build out three bathrooms on this level
• Design two comfortable study spaces for
group and individual study time
• Each new bedroom will be designed with
designated study space that includes
appropriate lighting, a desk, and a bookcase
for each member living on this floor
