himself a Christian while judging and demeaning other Christians and non- Christians? Would Brit Hume’s Christ do this? Would mine? Would yours? Read on.... Subject: Must read regarding devotions Coaches – This week is a very important week in regard to your team devotions. As all of you know, the ultimate goal of Upward sports is that each child and parent come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as their Savior. There are a few guidelines you must keep in mind. 1. Pray over your roster and for each player and their families to come to know the Lord. Pray that God will draw each and every team member and family to Himself and they will answer the Gospel call. Short and sweet. There is no need to ramble on and on about nothing. Christ did not give us three point sermons. Legalism has done a doozey to Christ’s original message. How many times have we listened to people “preach” and knew that the person was more concerned about his message and not HIS message. The Rev.
