Unfortunately many Protestants don’t understand the major difference between the two denominations. Catholicism has almost as many branches of beliefs as Protestants. Now back to the pastor’s letter. When I first read this letter, Luke 18:9-14 came to my mind. However we all write things that we regret and I suspect this is the case here. We as Christians should give him some grace and hopefully he has learned a valuable lesson here.
