Tehama County Cattle- Women have been asked to participate in the fair's pro- motion of beef at the Tehama Trail Marketplace event during the fair. They were responsible for serving a grass-fed beef dinner prepared by Turri Farms on Friday night. TCCW President Danielle Zane has arranged cooking demon- strations and other educational events as well. Today there will be a cooking demonstration 1- 3 p.m., and wine tasting 4-10 p.m. On Sunday the Young Farm- ers and Ranchers will have a straw- berry shortcake of California Dairy will be present to do interviews with the contestants.
