Once the facility has been built, we must work ensure it is properly supervised and maintained. We know volunteers cannot and
should not be tasked with these responsibilities. Alumni leaders on the building and planning committee will hire and supervise a
property management company to address the needs of the facility. is would include major and minor repairs, tenant check-in and
checkout, snow removal, lawn care, and long-term planning of the facility.
