Thank you. Deborah Patterson Partridge '69 loves taking care of her new grandbaby, Evelyn, when her parents need a break. Her son, Thad, is moving into his own home with a loving caretaker. "He is our special child with Down Syndrome," she said. "We're so fortunate to have his sister, Kameron, nearby to help with the transition." Deborah lives in Sarasota, Fla. While Jan only gets to see them about once a year, she enjoys keeping up with them and watching her granddaughter grow on weekly Skype visits. Jan's other son is closer by in Birmingham.
