OUR PLAN – A NEW ERA
T
he project floor plans reflect generous and quality study spaces
for today's generation of K-State Sigs. New flooring, lighting, and
finishes will give the entire facility a new-house feel.
e individual rooms are designed with the flexibility to provide added
privacy and amenities, while still creating a group living environment.
e common spaces will be vastly improved and in some cases relocated
to optimize the space and functionality. In short, our goal is to both
attract and retain the modern student leader while still providing the
kind of spaces that are reflective of a traditional fraternity house.
