"Sigma Chi has given me favor and distinction, and the opportunity to
gain leadership skills and experiences to further better myself and the ones
around me. e values I hold told started when I was young with my father,
Teg Chaffee '86, installing the Jordan Standard in me without me even
knowing it, and then watching him and my older brother Trayl '16, carry
out these values and standards everyday like I strive to do as well. Without
a doubt, the Delta Upsilon Chapter has taught me what true brotherhood
means. Attending Horizons and Balfour Leadership Training Workshop
has given me a broader perspective of Sigma Chi across the nation.
"I believe the 2016-2017 school year for Delta Upsilon will
be remembered for the reconnection with the alumni,
the commitment to make our Chapter better, and the
rekindling of brotherhood between active members and
alumni. e future is bright for us!"

"I sent in my rush card in the summer of 1981. Both of my
sons are now Sigma Chi brothers at Kansas State. As chapter
advisor, I can assure alumni that we are in the process of
physical and spiritual rejuvenation within the house, and
I would value involvement and feedback. To continue
improvement, hands-on alumni support and guidance are
necessary. I would challenge all Kansas
State Sigs to become directly involved with
the chapter and use your given talents to
provide guidance."
