ver the years, the Delta House Corporation Board (HCB) has undertaken housing updates and projects to remain competitive with other facilities
around campus. The last major renovation was in the 1960s, when the new wing was added. More recently, interior décor and the third-floor
bathroom have been updated, bedroom furnishings have been replaced, and a memorial garden created.
Keeping the long-term viability of the Delta experience at Cornell as its primary focus, the HCB wishes to renovate our historic chapter house. The goals,
as always, are to provide safe, modern, and cost-effective housing for members. The 100th Anniversary of Delta Chapter owning this home takes place
in 2021. These renovations are being considered as part of the commemoration of the centennial.
