She hopes to work for an organization such as St. Jude or UNICEF. Vice President of Membership Jessica Lee '18 Chicago, Ill. kdvpm1@gmail.com (773) 320-6198 Jess studies community health and is minoring in business. She is pursuing a career in healthcare consulting or administration. Vice President of Member Education Molly Gates '19 Clarendon Hills, Ill. Molly studies agricultural communications with a concentration in advertising and a minor in food and environmental systems. She hopes to pursue a master's degree in human resources and industrial relations. Vice President of Finance Elizabeth Koritz '20 Roscoe, Ill. Elizabeth hopes to study business finance in the business honors program. She will use her freshman year to gain a better insight in what aspect of finance she wants to concentrate in. She is leaning toward big data analysis and consulting. Vice President of Public Relations Emma Perona '19 Spring Valley, Ill. Emma studies communications and is pursuing a double major in psychology and minor in public relations. Vice President of Community Service Katherine Biggs '19 Evanston, Ill. Katherine studies civil and environmental engineering. While she enjoys her involvement in engineering organizations on campus, she loves using her free time to organize Girl Scouts events and Shamrock Week. Secretary Megan Rudd '20 Deerfield, Ill. Megan studies communications. She hopes to pick up a double minor in public relations and leadership studies. Vice President of Standards Kaetlyn Czurylo '19 Arlington Heights, Ill. Kaetlyn studies accounting and finance with a minor in Spanish. She hopes to attain a job in wealth management and complete her MBA after a few years of experience in the field. Vice President of Operations Logan Wolfe '20 St. Louis, Mo. Logan studies communications and is pursuing a minor in psychology. She plans to one day work as a human relations representative. Panhellenic Delegate Relaina Bodmer '20 Mendota, Ill. Relaina studies animal sciences, but plans to switch into the college of music to pursue a degree in music education along with an animal sciences minor. She then wants to pursue a master's degree. Chapter Officers The 2016-17 executive council enjoying the scene at the council retreat. aLUMnae UPdates chaPter eternaL Jeanne McGovern Fonner '43 entered Chapter Eternal on December 4, 2016, after suffering a stroke. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Rice. aLUMnae neWs Roberta Kirkpatrick Putman '45 moved to Greenville, S.C., so she could be closer to her daughter, Pam, and lives at Cascades retirement community. She says that it is like a college campus with plenty of activities. The other three sons and her grandchildren are scattered across the country, and she sees them when she can. She has fond memories of living there for four years with the other 29 members of her pledge class. At 86 years old, she has managed to remain in contact with most of her sisters. Harriet Beaudoin Wedemeyer '51 remains in her home in California and continues to be active with tennis, the gym, church, and KD alumnae groups. In 2015, her husband passed away. She keeps up with progress on the new KD house and periodically has lunch with some of her pledge sisters. They enjoy discussing elements of the house design. She has two children and four grandchildren. Barbara Baudino Ehlers '52 and her husband, Marvin, celebrated their 62nd anniversary in December. They have had some health issues lately but are still doing well. Barbara enjoys hearing from Kappa Delta sisters at Christmas time and birthdays. They finally have a grandson attending Illinois, but his twin brother is at Indiana. Her twin granddaughters are at Michigan and Wisconsin, with two other granddaughters having graduated from Purdue and Ohio State. "Go, Big Ten!" Juanita Follmer Mykkanen '53 reports her husband, Don, passed away in August 2014. She loved seeing the Kappa Delta house and hearing about the planned move.
