prestigious award!

yan served on the
FarmHouse Foundation
Board of Trustees from 2005-
2012, including a term as
chairman. He received the Philanthropy Laureate
Award and is the chairman of our capital campaign.
He has served as a top executive at PayPal, and is
now president and CEO of Proxibid—the world's
most trusted online marketplace for buying and
selling highly valued items. Born and raised on a
family farm in Hershey, Nebraska, Ryan currently
resides in Springfield, Nebraska, with his wife,
Valerie, and their three children: Emily, Lauren,
and Carson.
In announcing the 2016 class of honorees,
International President Rick Barnes, Texas Tech
University '82 stated, "The men selected represent all
that FarmHouse Fraternity stands for. These brothers
are men of character and have given unselfishly
through their professional, personal, civic, and
charitable pursuits. They are truly role models for
other FarmHouse men to follow, in giving so much
of one's self to others and to our Fraternity."
