General Assembly
This August, the 56th General Assembly and
Stead Leadership Conference was in Miami,
Florida. With monetary support from alumni, we
were able to send five members to the conference
to gain valuable leadership experience.
Watermelon Bust
Event Raises $3,000
On September 24, Gamma Upsilon hosted the
second-annual Watermelon Bust philanthropy
competition, and eight sororities participated.
Together we raised $3,000 for the Food Bank
of Central and Eastern North Carolina. On
September 29, we hosted our annual parents
cocktail event. We are very proud to have several
parents who are Gamma Upsilon alumni.
With visions of the new house on the horizon, it
is truly an exciting time to be a brother of Gamma
Upsilon. The undergraduates would like to thank
our alumni for their continued support of the
Chapter, especially those who have donated both
time and money toward our success.
