TAU KAPPA EPSILON q BETA ETA CHAPTER q MISSOURI S&T q FALL 2016 BETA ETA DATA B oth yesterday and today, Tau Kappa Epsilon makes me proud. When I look back at my own Beta Eta experience, I can see how the friendships, leadership, and service—even decades ago—helped shape who I am now. As a collegiate member, Beta Eta was my home at Rolla; it was my family. That Beta Eta family still exists today. As a family, we should fulfill our lifelong commitment to Beta Eta by supporting the next generation we will be proud to call Fraters. A great deal of progress has been made since beginning this venture. Loyal alumni have committed $1,170,639 in support of the Pride in Our Past, Securing Our Future campaign. We surpassed our goals of $1 million raised and 30% participation from our Fraters. Beta Eta has a great deal to celebrate as our time, talent, and treasure has culminated into finally commencing construction at #3 Fraternity Row. We plan for the new Beta Eta Chapter House to be completed next spring. Our vision is taking shape, and our hard work is resulting in the formation of the physical structure. Our new home will allow TKE to attract the highest quality young men. If you have not yet made a contribution or pledge in support of your Beta Eta Fraters, I urge you to stake your claim in this project. If you have already made a pledge, please consider stretching your commitment and adding an extra year to your pledge. Fill out the enclosed pledge card or visit www.tkebetaeta.com today. Yours in the Bond, Michael McEvilly '78, BH615 Campaign Chairman mmcevilly@hess.com / (713) 907-3160 P.S. Come back to Rolla for Homecoming October 14-15 to visit the new chapter house construction.
