One of Bob's granddaughters is working on her
analytical chemistry Ph.D. at the University of
North Carolina and his niece attends DePauw

Larry McMahan '69 retired as an episcopal
priest and frequently fills in for a priest who is
absent from the parish on Sundays. He embraces
art museums, ballets, operas, and concerts
that Bloomington, Ind., offers, and attends
occasional lectures and basketball or football

John C. Feld '84 says, "Keep up the good
work—say hello to brothers for me!" He and
his wife, Leigh, have three sons, Ben, Noah,

Keith Kenter '84 reports that he and his wife,
Patty, are "empty nesters" with their son,
Mitchell, attending DePauw and playing for the
Tigers lacrosse team. "We enjoyed coming back
to DePauw and rekindling our friendships. The
house looks awesome—way to go boys!" Keith
says. He and Patty have two other children,
Madeline and Charlotte, and live in Kalamazoo,

Jason P. Cleveland '00 started his own law
firm with his brother-in-law, Chris Cassidy
'97, and a third partner, Meghan Lehner, in
Indianapolis, Ind. He and his wife have two
children and embrace all the community has to

Steven Sumner '03 got married on October
4, 2014, and has worked with Datamax Inc. in

Kurt E. White '09 is a dual degree student at
Indiana University and is pursuing his M.P.H.
and Ph.D. in epidemiology and biostatistics. He
lives in Bloomington, Ind., and enjoys exploring

Michael A. Chiaro '14
completed his first year abroad
on February 28, serving as
a Peace Corps volunteer in
Keur Mandoumbe, a small
town of 3,000 in southern
Senegal, West Africa. He
is a preventative health
volunteer working on malaria
prevention, nutrition, and
hygiene. Michael lives with a
host family who gave him the name Moth Ndou
and speaks Wolof, the primary language in
Senegal. Two of his photographs were recently
selected as finalists in the 2016 Peace Corps
Senegal photo contest, which can be viewed at
http://peacecorpssenegal.org
in the portrait and environment
categories. He has enjoyed
getting to know his host
family and community, and
looks forward to several
more months of service with
