Recipe:
1. Make egg wash by whisking eggs and
adding 1 tbsp. of water.
2. Place pounded chicken breasts in egg
mixture and lightly dust in flour.
3. Prepare pasta according to package
directions.
4. Melt 2 tbsp. of butter in skillet. Cook
the chicken breasts on medium-high heat
until golden brown on both sides. Remove
chicken.
5. In the same medium skillet, melt an-
other 2 tbsp. of butter and add the minced
garlic. Sauté until soft (note: do not brown).
6. Add heavy cream, shredded parmesan
cheese and white wine. Once combined,
add in fettuccini and handful of fresh
spinach. Stir until wilted.
7. Cut chicken breast into thin strips and
place on top. Garnish with fresh chopped
parsley, shredded parmesan cheese and
fresh lemon. Salt and pepper to taste..
To Drink
Serve with a bright crisp white wine.
