Citrus Chicken Alfredo
Albert's favorite way to prepare Citrus Chicken Alfredo? He'd use
way more garlic than the recipe calls for.
Ingredients:
5-6 oz. chicken breast, pounded thin
Handful of fresh spinach
4 cloves of garlic, minced and divided
1 box fettuccini pasta
4 tbsp. butter, divided
3 tbsp. heavy cream
3/4 cup white wine
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, whisked
lemon, to taste
2 tbsp parsley as garnish
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
