Epsilon Undergraduates Grateful for Alumnae Support
F
irst, I would like to thank all of our
wonderful alumnae for hosting and
planning Founders' Day. I am pleased to
report that Epsilon is doing very well! We have
had a busy year since our last Founders' Day
celebration, and I would love to highlight some
of the awesome things we have accomplished.
Starting with fall of 2015, our semester was
filled with sisterhood, service, and, of course,
football. We also held our biggest philanthropy
event, Anchor Slam, and raised over $8,000 for
the Foundation.
After a relaxing winter break, we came back to
campus focused and reenergized. We jumped
immediately into formal recruitment and gained
60 amazing new women, 15 of whom are
legacies. This semester has been full of Delta
Gamma activities. We had Kendall Niccum
from Rutgers fly out to present the alcohol skills
training program to better educate our women.
Epsilon had several sisterhood events, including
watching one of our newly initiated women
perform in the Hairspray musical. Lastly, we
hosted a very successful Anchor Splash event
and raised over $2,500 for the Foundation!
Looking forward to next year, the Epsilon
Chapter will be moving down the street to live
in 55 E. 15th while our current chapter house is
being renovated. We are grateful to stay together
next year, but will miss 131 and the comfort of
our own chapter house. We cannot wait to be back
at 131, and are very excited about our campaign
and the gorgeous new addition to come. We want
to thank our awesome House Corporation and all
those who have donated to make this dream of
ours a reality!
Thank you again! The women of Epsilon wish
you all the best.
In the Bonds,
