Painted Cellars | paintedcellars.com Painted Cellars was created by art therapist Erika Noriega and her fiancé, Jason Pigg. Having outgrown the nightlife scene, Noriega had been searching for a fun, relaxing activity that would expand her social network. Pigg, a graphic designer and illustrator, brought his wine country roots and entrepreneurial spirit to the business.
