For more than 35 years this program has been available at sites in both Red Bluff and Corning dur- ing the tax season, Feb. 1 to April 15. This year TaxAide in Corning needed a new lo- cation and Rolling Hills Casino opened its facilities for selected dates. Barbara Vandygriff, the local coordi- nator for Corning, said the cooperation of the Rolling Hills staff and its accommo- dation of the tax program was outstanding. "Rolling Hills provided each of our four tax coun- selors with arrangements to provide our clients with privacy and confidentiality," Vandygriff said. Everett McDonough, Te- hama County district co- ordinator, said clients in Corning now have the op- tion to have their taxes done locally at a unique location rather than travelling to Red Bluff, saving both time and gas.
