ince our Chapter's return to NC State in 2012, we have had
tremendous growth and success. Today, our Chapter boasts
more than 80 men with an average GPA of 3.14. Lambda
Chi Alpha is the only NC State Fraternity to meet 100% of
University accreditation standards for the last two years.
In 2013, the Chapter moved into the Fraternity house at 2613 Fraternity
Ct. The brotherhood is learning the lessons and responsibility of living
together in a Chapter House, including having a meal plan, which
bodes well for our transition into our future home.
Lambda Chi Alpha brothers are involved in all areas of campus life. A
few of the campus organizations our members are involved in include:
• Club Sports • Multicultural Student Affairs Club
• Order of Omega • ROTC
• Student Alumni Association • Student Wolfpack Club
• Tau Beta Pi • University Scholars Program
Many brothers are working on or near campus to help fund their
education. We also have brothers serving as interns with:
• ACN Latin America • GE Power and Water
• Hazen and Sawyer • John Deere
• MassMutual • NCDOT
• Quintiles
At the 2015 Conclave, Linwood White '15
was honored with the Cyril F. "Duke" Flad
Award as the top undergraduate member in all
of Lambda Chi Alpha nationally. Along with
showing excellence in academics, Linwood
led our Chapter as High Alpha, High Kappa,
and chairman of the executive committee
whose leadership helped secure the largest
new member class of all 22 fraternities on
campus, double the Chapter's size, and help
us win Fraternity of the Year in 2014.
