First Floor
• Remove the wall between the Edward room and
living room to allow for large multi-purpose space
when needed.
• Eliminate the wall between the original dining
room and Edward room, creating a large dining
room that accommodates 150 women for meals.
• Extend kitchen to create more food preparation and
service space. Also add a snack kitchen.
• Maintain parking spaces along current drive and
back of property.
Lower Level
• Renovate current chapter room to create an open,
casual study and lounge space for members.
