Our Plan for Growth
T
he need for additional square footage is more
critical now than ever before. Through careful study,
assessment, and planning, the Epsilon alumnae leadership
has determined that an expansion and renovation of the
chapter house is necessary, and the sorority must invest
in our home to accommodate the growing chapter. We
are committed to maintaining our property at 131 E. 15th
Avenue, strategically utilizing our prime location on
campus. Working with Acock Architects Associates, an
alumnae design committee and the house corporation have
developed a tactical approach to our future.
To accommodate the need for space within our property, we
will build a four-floor expansion on the back (south end)
of our home. The main floor will be covered parking, with
three additional floors of housing on top. This allows us to
maintain much-needed parking while also adding crucial
square footage. Our total sleeping capacity will increase
to 68 and community living space capacity will increase
to 200.
