She was a resident of Slidell, La. Una Slade '59 passed away on February 6. She was a resident of Ventura County, Calif. Jane Wolfe Clelland '69 passed away on March 16. She was a resident of Topeka, Kan. ALUMNAE NEWS Lucele Schmitz Duffin '53 continues to keep busy, although her two boys are grown and "doing their own thing." She and her husband, Bill, also have two grandchildren, who she has babysat since the older one was three months old. She enjoys owning chickens and pygmy goats, and has been the head of the poultry department for the Johnson County Fair for about 30 years. Anelle Lupton Mack '53 stays busy managing a wheat farm in Kansas, a cabin in Colorado, and the family business. She has three grandchildren and is fortunate to be a part of both KSU and ACW clubs. They have football watch parties and everyone wears purple. She still volunteers at a hospital, plays bridge, and flies to Dallas and Denver often. Janice Hodge '57 retired three years ago after operating Jan's Attic, a ladies apparel shop for 26 years. She lives in Holton, Kan.
