2 The WISE OLD OWL I t has been just more than a year since we kicked off the Legacy of Excellence campaign. While we have received a number of generous donations from brothers across the U.S., we are just short of our $200,000 goal. To date, we have raised $171,200. We have made outstanding progress in the past year thanks to our generous donors, but we are still approximately $30,000 short of our goal. In spite of this, phase one of the property improvement plan has begun and we held a celebration of the renovations on October 16. Alumni were able to see the results of our ongoing efforts to update our Chapter House and how these generous donations have been put to work. Although the interior is now in excellent condition, we still need your help to complete the property expansion. With the acquisition of this new property, we will expand the parking lot and the circle drive. This has been a long- standing issue as many of you likely remember from your time as an undergraduate. The campaign will continue for just a few more months. As we enter the final stages, please consider making a contribution. Any amount you can give will help us reach our goal. Please send donations to: Memphis Sigma Chi Housing Group 45 Forest Grove Cove Piperton, TN 38017 To make donations via credit card, contact Charles Pierce at (901) 619-3977 or charles. pierce@hotmail.com. THANK YOU, LOYAL DONORS A s we enter the final stages of the Legacy of Excellence campaign, we are thankful to the 44 brothers and friends who have made our success thus far possible. We would not have been able to achieve this without you. If you are not a donor, there is still time to make a contribution. Any amount helps us reach our goal.
