IN THE FUTURE OF OKLAHOMA BETA
OKLAHOMA BETA CHAPTER:
THE FIRST DONOR
College fraternities still play a relevant role in the lives of
young men. Today, perhaps more than ever, it is important
that we provide young college men with a small, group-
living environment that offers them a solid foundation for
their education and affords them opportunities for high
academic achievement and the development of leadership
and social skills.
Our undergraduate brothers recognize the importance 701
College plays in their lives and the lives of future SigEps, which
is why they have so generously pledged $375,000 to the Red
Door Renaissance Campaign. In addition to this unprecedented
level of financial support, the Oklahoma Beta Chapter is
committed to maintaining the programs and traditions that
have benefited the lives of so many members over the years.
Together with our undergraduates, the Oklahoma Beta
Alumni and Volunteer Corporation is committed to this
major undertaking that will allow us to renovate our chapter
house, in turn cementing Sigma Phi Epsilon's position as the
preeminent fraternity at the University of Oklahoma.
PAY IT FORWARD
You are the only one who can place a value on your SigEp
membership—the lifelong friendships you made, the
development of your values and principles, and the many ways
the Oklahoma Beta Chapter enhanced your college years.
The men who came before you made your experience
possible. Your investment in SigEp now is absolutely vital to
the future success of our fraternity and our undergraduate
brothers. We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan.
THINK BIG, MAKE A BIG IMPACT
Because of the magnitude and importance of our objectives,
we are urging all alumni to consider significant contributions
to the campaign. In order for each alumnus to maximize
his participation, pledges can be structured over a five-year
period and may qualify through employer gift matching
policies. Early support of the campaign is preferable to help
reduce borrowing costs.
Gifts in honor or in memory of brothers, as well as family and
pledge class contributions, are welcome. Recognition in such
cases will be given to both the donor and honoree.
