he Oklahoma Beta Alumni and Volunteer
Corporation is planning to renovate the chapter house
to meet the challenges that SigEp faces. Alumnus and
AVC board member Jeff Marley '86 and his construction
company, Aztec Building Systems, have been hired to
oversee construction. The emphasis of the renovation would
be placed on providing ample dining and living space and
a more competitive physical structure for attracting quality
young men. The AVC will address mandatory building and
fire code requirements in all areas of the house. In addition,
we will place a special emphasis on the use of practical and
durable building materials, finishes, and fixtures. The AVC's
aim is a high-quality durable facility that will provide a safe
living and learning environment for many years.
