Johanne Hobbs Hedberg '42 has been a member
of Alpha Chi Omega for 73 years and is 93 years
old. She is proud to be an Alpha Chi Omega!

Marianne Schlatter Ash '53 is living at
Heritage Lake in Putnam County and started the
Heritage Lake Clean-Up Committee. She is part
of a cancer support group, neighborhood watch,
quilt club, domino club, H. L. homemakers,
and Putnam County Purdue Club. Marianne
and her husband are in good health and have
five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Donna Samuels Rogers '79 has been happily
married to her husband, Dave, for almost 31 years.
She lives on Pewaukee Lake near Milwaukee
and her daughter, Brookley, is in her third year
of medical school at the Medical College of
Wisconsin. Her son, Branft, is a junior and Sigma
Chi at Purdue studying building construction
management. Donna and her husband enjoy
spending time on the lake and at their vacation
home in Northern Wisconsin. She remains an
active tennis player and golfer, and she often
returns to Purdue in the fall for football games and

Tracy Hawkins Murphy '90 has four children
and is a middle school principal, which makes
her life constantly busy. Her eldest daughter,
Sydney, will be attending the University of
Alabama in the fall, and though she won't
be experiencing sorority life at Purdue like
her mother, Tracy looks forward to seeing
recruitment at Bama through her daughter's
