Lubbock Alumnae
Chapter Update
T
he Lubbock alumnae chapter has had a
busy fall, including recently receiving the
Five Stars to Alumnae Success Award. August
signified recruitment time at Texas Tech and
alumnae volunteered their time to help serve
and deliver meals to collegians as well as help
serve the PNMs during preference night. We
started off the year in September with a lunch
at Raider Ranch, hosted by Jane Lawrence '49
and attended by about 18 members. In October
we hosted a sneak peek of the Gamma Xi lodge
which provided an opportunity for alumnae
returning for Texas Tech's Homecoming to take
a tour of the facility.
