Arrest DavidNikolasBagwell: 25,ofRedBluffwasar- rested Thursday at the Marci Ann Apartments in the 700block of South Jackson Street following a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend. This was the second arrest involving Bagwell and the girl and at least the third time in a week police were called to respond to the residence. Bagwell was booked into Tehama County Jail on the charges of false imprison- ment with violence and domestic battery. Bail was $20,000. Battery 400block Johnson Street: A 14-year-old bat- tered her mother. The girl was arrested and booked into Tehama County Juve- nile Hall. Burglary 100block Encinal Drive: On Wednesday sometime between 7a.m. and 4 p.m. an unknown person entered a residence while the residents were away and took a set of Beats Solo 2headphones, Bose mini music player, Apple iPad, cash and a Dell laptop computer. Fire 6800block Paskenta Road: Cal Fire responded at 12:07p.m. Thursday to a 9.8acre vegetation fire west of Corning that was caused by a vehicle. Vandalism Monroe Street: It was reported about 2a.m. Fri- day that a man had thrown a rock and smashed a kitchen window. 25000block of Grant Street: A woman reported Thursday that someone broke the locks on a shed sometime during the day. LEGISLATURE State lawmakers approve right-to-die legislation FRANCISFLORENESKETOEAULT November 2, 1934 ~ September 9, 2015 Florene Ault, 80, passed away September 9, 2015 sur- rounded by her family and friends after a brief illness. Born November 2, 1934 in Sheridan, Arkansas to Enoch and Othel Sketoe, Florene excelled in school, and was named Salutatorian of her graduating class. She married William "Bill" Ault on May 23, 1952, and moved to California—first living in Vina, and later moving to Red Bluff where they raised four boys. Florene worked for the District Attorney's Office, and later for many years at PG & E where she formed many lasting friendships. After retirement, Florene and Bill traveled across the country visiting family, and seeing new places. They en- joyed traveling in their motorhome, and spent many years crossing our great country. Florene was preceded in death by her loving husband Bill in 2000, and her brother Dr. James Sketoe (Eva) of Lake St. Louis, Missouri in 2012. She is survived by her sister Dee Givins (Roy), sons David Ault (Liz), Larry Ault, Wayne Ault (Lori), and Steven Ault (Dana), grandchildren Sarah Fawnsworth (James), Justin Ault (Melissa), Brittney Ault, Eric Ault, Sara Ault, and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Chapel of the Flowers, 816 Walnut Street, Red Bluff at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Sep- tember 15, 2015. Burial will follow the service on Tues- day at Oak Hill Cemetery in Red Bluff.
