The Wine Café, with the sounds of toasts and cheers, has already become a hit downtown in the few short months it has been open at 108 Hay St. With a chic store and offering an interactive tasting experience, stations are set up around the including reds, whites and everything in between from around the world. Staff is on-hand to explain the different types of wine and the stations allow for pours from a tasting sample up to a full glass or bottle.
