other Alphas. Reece Vollmer '17 was elected
as the new West Coast representative for the
Chi Psi executive council. We look forward to
him representing Alpha Theta Delta and the
West Coast Alphas as well.
Boosting Alumni Participation
We are making huge strides in alumni relations
and participation. We are planning an alumni
basketball tournament and barbecue in August
and hope you can attend.
Improvements Made to the Lodge
The Lodge has undergone some major
renovations, greatly improving the look and
functionality of the building. A remodel of the
bathroom, primary storage room, basement,
and main stairwell have the Lodge looking
better than ever. We are very excited to begin
building the new annex next to the Lodge,
which will bring the brotherhood closer
together. We will begin breaking ground on
this new project this summer.
Enhancing Pledge Education
We are working to improve our pledge
education process by participating in more
events, as well as implementing elements
of The Pursuit. We are building on our
discussion-based program, continuing with
mandatory PSD, and expanding the big brother
program to create a better all-encompassing
freshman experience.
