Robin and her husband, Chris Huckabee '91,
Sigma Phi Epsilon, are very involved with the
University. Chris was recently named a new
regent. "I wanted to give back to an organization
on campus that I love. It is important for the
sororities to be able to grow with Tech's record
breaking enrollment and I feel that supporting
the capital campaign has come at the right time.
If you look around Greek Circle everyone is
updating or rebuilding their lodges. The growth
is impressive and Theta needs to be a leader in
this movement."
As her children say, "Facebook is for moms", but
it has been so wonderful for Robin to reconnect
with sorority sisters who don't live in the area. She
reconnected with her big sister, Cheryl Phillips
'86, and recently found out her pledge sister,
Terry Barginear McAuley '88, lives nearby.
Robin, Chris, and their three children live in Fort
Worth, Texas. Andrew attends Trinity University,
Harris Anne is a junior at All Saints' Episcopal
School, and Mason Elizabeth will attend Tech
in the fall. Robin has a degree in interior design
and Chris is an architect. The couple has enjoyed
working on home projects together, and just
finished a renovation of a house in Tech Terrace.
You can contact Robin by reaching her at
