Theta Techsan 5 Gamma Phi is proud to have many sisters involved on the Texas Tech Student Alumni Board. Thetas participating at the Lubbock American Heart Association Heart Walk. O n behalf of the Gamma Phi Chapter, I am pleased to express our full support of the Linked Together…Building for Tomorrow campaign. We are committed to what the future holds for Gamma Phi Chapter and take great pride in our history and the reputation our devoted alumnae have created for us to uphold. Membership in Kappa Alpha Theta has been the principal part of all of our college experiences. It has provided us the initial structure we needed to succeed in school and in leadership opportunities, and gave us the best friends and times we could hope for. The Gamma Phi Chapter is the ideal combination with a college education. I can honestly say it gave me irreplaceable relationships, encouragement, and work experience that I never would have gotten anywhere else on campus. The time spent as a Theta has been the best of my life—and it's only the start. I know I will continue to grow and learn from my Theta friends for the rest of my life. The lodge renovation is important for two critical reasons: it will provide our sisters with a state‑ of‑the‑art facility, fostering a better atmosphere for members to thrive, and will help Gamma Phi stay competitive with the recruitment of new members. Many other Tech sorority lodges have recently been updated and this is our chance to continue recruiting the top women each year. It is our goal to leave this chapter better than when we came. With a renovation, the lodge will be able to fuel the sisterhood for years to come. Gamma Phi Chapter is entering a very critical time in our journey, and we realize that your support is invaluable. We want to share our successes with alumnae everywhere because they are yours as much as they are ours. Your time, talent, and treasure will be critical as we undergo this transition in hopes of continuing the excellence we have worked so hard to create. I ask that you take the time to reconnect with your sisters in hopes of making this house a home for Thetas of all generations.
