W
e are at a crossroads, a time to decide what Beta Mu can and will be. This
is an opportunity to grab hold of our history, leadership, and brotherhood that led so many of us
to be proud to be a Beta and ensure those opportunities will still be available to the next generation of
young men at Purdue University.
Since 1903 Beta Mu offered us all a living-learning-leadership experience, where we developed into the
men we are today. Along with giving young men the opportunity to build lifelong friendships and develop
essential social and leadership faculties, the Fraternity also offers its members the opportunity to make
and learn from their mistakes.
The biggest mistake of all would be to lose out on this great opportunity to rebuild Beta as once again
the leading fraternity at Purdue University—a house filled with new young men who are truly Men
of Principle, who embody the ideals that our founders envisioned, and who we all would be proud to
call Betas.
We ask you to join your brothers in raising the funds needed to support this
recolonization and build the facility that will attract the finest men on campus.
