E-mail: jefftillman@gmail.com Send Us Your Recommendations W e continue to instill an ongoing recruit- ment mindset in every brother, one that leads us to use innovative methods to recruit throughout the year and helps us avoid relying entirely on one week of formal recruitment in the fall. In light of the quality of men we are recruit- ing, it's clear this approach is working. And this is where you, as alumni, come in. Because we are always in recruitment mode and rely more heavily on recommendations for prospects than in the past, we need your recom- mendations for gentlemen who can carry on the high standards that our Alpha has set. Forward them to Recruitment Chairman Jesus Diaz '16 at jadiaz@go.olemiss.edu. CY
