Don't see a pledge brother's name on the donor list on page two? Give him a call and encourage his support. Your call may be the motivation he needs to join this campaign and to ensure your class makes the top of the list. On his visit over Christmas break, he stayed with the brothers of Chi Psi and immediately felt like he was a part of the fraternity. The visit solidified his decision to attend Ole Miss and eventually led to his membership in Alpha Gamma. Upon joining, Jeff developed some of the most important relationships in his life. He not only developed lasting friendships, but also met his wife, Angela, in the Lodge. "I feel like I owe so much to our fraternity," Jeff said. "Some of my best friends are brothers in Chi Psi. We still all see each other and we get together annually, typically for a ball game. It became a major part of my life by developing lifelong friends and meeting my wife." Most of his favorite undergraduate memories involve the Lodge, which drove his decision to support the Honoring the Past, Building the Future campaign. "We had so much fun, and that's why I'm really passionate about being involved," Jeff said. "The Lodge was a comfort zone and a place to go and meet up. That's what I remember most is just the comfort of being there, eating there, and spending time with my Brothers and friends." Jeff is impressed with the success Alpha Gamma has seen since its re-founding and believes the achievements will continue once the home is complete. "Having a Lodge is such a key piece to our identity on campus," he said. "It's going to help us continue to attract top-notch pledges, and it's such an important component to create that home-away-from-home spot for Brothers. They've done such a great job for not having a Lodge. I can only imagine the great, positive things that are going to happen once we get the Lodge built." Jeff remembers thinking as an undergraduate how much more the chapter could accomplish with increased alumni support. He believes now is the time to provide just that for Alpha Gamma. "I think it's important for people to remember the good times that we had. I also learned important relationship and leadership skills that prepared me to move toward my career. If it meant a lot to you, which it does to me, then I think now is the time to give back," Jeff said. "That's what this is all about—reflecting on the good times that you had and the positive experiences. We're in need, and there's no better time than the present to do it through this campaign." After graduating from Ole Miss, Jeff went to law school and spent a number of years practicing law and accounting. For the last 15 years, he's been in financial services and currently works for UBS, leading a team of wealth management consultants all over the country. He's also a partner in Noble Crust, a new restaurant concept in St. Petersburg, Florida, which will open in December. Jeff and Angela have two daughters, Sarah (25) and Allison (24).
