Other Activities: National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Phi Epsilon Kappa, National FoodBank and Creek Cleanups volunteer. "Gamma Phi is a place where no one judges you for actions but where greatness is expected and valued. It means that I have over 200 girls to call my sisters and friends." 3 GAMMA PHI BETA for membership and already embody the four core values. I can't wait to see what this chapter does in the years to come," she said. Danielle attended her second Gamma Phi Beta Convention this summer and was moved by the experience. "I was truly impacted by our ritual this year. It left such an impression on me that this is something shared by every Gamma Phi Beta across the country. When we initiated four new members, I was so excited for their experience," she said. "Something that our founders started over 140 years ago, I don't think they ever could have imagined that we would still be initiating women this same way, and it really hit me this year and was a memorable moment that I will always take with me." There are many small moments that Danielle cherishes from her time in the Alpha Delta chapter as well. One of her favorites is the silly string fight on the quad to alleviate the stress of recruitment. "It was so rewarding after such a stressful time to have the entire chapter together to relax and unwind. That day was a true testament to sisterhood and why we were all there—to grow the sisterhood. It's important to remember what that means within it."
