C O L O R A D O A L P H A Inside: THANK YOU, GENEROUS SISTERS 2-3 ALUMNA SPOTLIGHT 3 RENOVATION PHOTOS 4 FALL 2014 Angel Update Honoring Our Past, Providing for Colorado's Future Campaign to End December 31 Submit Your Pledge Today—Less Than Three Months to Place Your Name on Our Esteemed Donor Plaque O ur capital campaign, Honoring Our Past, Providing for Colorado's Future, was initiated in fall 2012, and, after countless hours of hard work and dedication from our alumnae volunteers, the campaign will come to a close on December 31. The response to our need for financial support has been impressive—230 of our alumnae have pledged a total of $288,644 to install a new boiler, as well as renovate the bedrooms and bathrooms and refinish our beautiful wood floors. Thanks to the wonderful support of these sisters, we have provided our undergraduate sisters with a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient home. While the campaign concludes in December, the dreams and goals of Colorado Alpha will not end, and we want to give every sister one last opportunity to donate to the capital campaign and contribute to Colorado Alpha's continued success. With the help of this campaign, the chapter will remain a strong presence on the Colorado campus, and of course we are still going to be working on the house (new patio, update the kitchen, and renovate the dining room). Moving forward, we will continue to fund the Angel Update as a way to share the good news and encourage our alumnae to stay involved. The feat we have accomplished in improving Pi Phi's home matters to the future of our chapter at Colorado. You have created a legacy for our fraternity and the House Corporation will continue to secure this investment as we move forward. Through clear expectations of property management, collection on house bills and regular maintenance, we will ensure that the Colorado Alpha house remains in premium condition for both our alumnae and undergraduates. We encourage you to take this final opportunity to pledge your financial support. By doing so, together and with pride, we will have honored our past and provided for the future of the Colorado Alpha Chapter of Pi Beta Phi.
