Trevor encourages other brothers to take a look at how their time in the chapter changed their lives for the better. "Look at your life and the person you have become. If it is connected to the house or the people you met in the house, imagine if that opportunity weren't available for future brothers. If the house doesn't get rebuilt, a pledge member four years from now won't have those same opportunities." He recalls being impressed by the down-to-earth members and their positive reputation on campus. John earned a bachelor of science in business from Colorado State University and master of science in business from the University of Denver. He retired in 1999 from a successful 32-year career with Caterpillar Inc.
