"The friendships made with the brothers in my (spring) pledge class, and
with guys who pledged that same year, are the most treasured in my life.
We have seen each other at our best and our worst, and the brotherhood that
we bound ourselves in is that much stronger as a result. This bond has lasted
us as our lives and locations have spread across the country. And though
distance and time (and work and families) make staying in touch and getting
together more difficult, I know there is a select group of guys who will always
be there for me and who understand me better than anyone. They say you can't
