Police logs Coordinated rallies are planned across the north state Saturday to pro- mote the State of Jeffer- son movement. In Corning the rally will be from noon until 3 p.m. in the NAPA auto parts parking lot. There will be an informational table set up; come ask questions, get some literature and wave a flag or a sign. There will be a barbecue. Red Bluff will hold its rally on the corner of Oak and Main streets from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Redding will be holding a rally on the corner of Cy- press and Hilltop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. In Oroville it will be held at Survive, 2110 Lincoln St. and will include a barbecue and raffle. Eleven counties in the northern part of California are rep- resented by only one sena- tor while LA county is rep- resented by 12. ROUND-UP Crowds brave wind at 3-gun shoot COURTESY Participants in the 3-gun shoot held in conjunction with the 11Days of Round-Up in April. Dear Tehama County, I am honored and humbled to serve as your District Attorney. The reason that I am running once again is simple. I am deeply committed to what I do: protecting public safety, working hand in hand with law enforcement, protecting children at all cost, and to eradicating gangs. The challenge for this next term is to maintain consequences for those who break the law. Consequences mean being locked up or "paying back to society." In my mind, the best way to "pay back" is to perform labor to benefit our community and the offender. I will continue to be fiscally conservative with your County money. I am truly dedicated to serving Tehama County and everyone who chooses to call it "home". This is my family s home too and I whole-heartedly believe that we are all blessed to be living here! Thank you for the opportunity to have served as your District Attorney. I am asking for that opportunity once again. I am humbled and proud to ask for your Vote.
