Brother Morrow was born in Plymouth, Indiana June 17, 1923. He served as a pilot in the Army Air Corps during WWII. After the war he attended Indiana University where he served as chapter Consul 1948-49. Upon graduation he returned to Plymouth and opened Morrow Insurance Agency in 1951. Morrow was a civic leader serving on the city council, aviation board and chamber of commerce, and he was instrumental in attracting industry to the community. He was awarded the "Sagamore of the Wabash" by Governor Evan Bayh in 1991. He served as the catalyst in the founding of the Plymouth Indiana Sigma Chi Alumni Club. He was a loyal life-long Sigma Chi. Morrow enjoyed his family, IU sports, fishing and golf. Morrow was very proud of the having both of his sons and 5 grandsons all as members of Sigma Chi at the Lambda Chapter. aLumni news r. Jerrold ellis, usaf (ret.) '54 lives in Lompoc, Calif., and has two children, Vicki and Mike. He shares, "I rode for Sigma Chi in the first Little 500 Race. Still remember that day. I'm sure I still have a photo of it!" ernest w. smith '59 retired from law practice in Jeffersonville six years ago and moved to Florida two years ago. He has written a biography, Davis Floyd and Southern Indiana at the Crossroads of America in the Early 1800s and Floyd's Florida Connection, which can be accessed at www.davisfloyd.info. They are in the San Juan Mountains in southwest Colorado at about 8,700 feet.
