M ore than 40 Dallas-area alumnae gathered at the home of Jane Jericho Guerini '72 in november for wine, cheese, and sisterhood. Jane, along with pledge sister Jane Wallace Hoskins '72 planned the reunion for a decade of Texas Gamma angels, featuring 1968-1977 initiates. Those in attendance braved wintry conditions in order to renew warm friendships. Muff Moore London '75, Tracie Erwin Brooks '75, and Nancy Carlock Rogers '57 updated their sisters on the From Roots to Wings campaign, generating lots of memories of shared times on Greek Circle. prior to the event, Ginger Rodgers Hardage '74 emailed, "i cannot wait to reconnect and practice my skills at remembering so many dear friends after 40 years!" immediately following our gathering, Mary Jo Neel Lee '72 replied, "i really appreciated the chance to visit with old friends and meet new angels." we were not all in the Chapter at the same time, but we were immediately bound by the golden chain of friendship as we laughed, hugged, and caught up on each other's lives. many phone numbers and addresses were exchanged and future plans were made to meet again next fall in Lubbock to view first hand the newly renovated lodge. Thank you to all who helped make this event successful and memorable. may our friendship be like good wine, growing stronger as it grows older!
