t he fall semester for the men of Indiana Zeta was successful in many ways, whether on a sports field or in the classroom. Athletically, Phis dave large '14 and Kevin ude '14 represented the soccer and football teams. Large led the soccer team to an impressive 14-2-3 record. Ude earned all-conference honorable mention honors. These men were leaders on and off the field for each of their teams for four dedicated years. Additionally, Phi Delts ryan Allee '15 and Collin henry '15 were chosen to represent the baseball team as members of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. These men hope to be leaders for their team this spring. The recognition doesn't stop there for Henry, as he is a founder and current president of the medical fraternity at DePauw, Phi Delta Epislon. Henry was one of the few who impressively earned a 4.0 GPA for the fall semester. The first game for the baseball team was in early March in Xenia, Ohio. Seniors Brendon Pashia '14, Pete Stuart '14, Pat lyons '14, and Captain michael Chiaro '14; juniors Collin henry '15, ryan Allee '15, matt dorsett '15, and nick mcCreary '15; and sophomores Jack forde '16, Connor einertson '16, lucas italiano '16, and taylor hackett '16 all look to make contributions to the success of the baseball team this spring. Additionally, Indiana Zeta will be well represented on the tennis court. Juniors Chris Betolini '15 and rico lumanlan '15, and sophomores Alec Kaczkowski '16 and nick thompson '16 will contribute greatly. Recruitment was once again a success for Indiana Zeta. In the fall, four men went through Phikeia education and formally became initiated as members of the Chapter. These men come from four different states. Jack Kelley '17 is a member of the basketball team and Chris Yount '17 is a member of the soccer team. Spring recruitment was a huge success as well, with 19 new Phikeias formally inducted into Indiana Zeta of Phi Delta Theta. These men represent six states and four athletic varsity teams. Recruitment Chairmen nathan Basham '15 and tim dugan '15 worked extensively in this process and we can't thank them enough for their efforts. Also, the men of Indiana Zeta want to send out huge congratulations to seniors Brandon dountz '14 and Kevin ude '14 for their recent engagements. It is great to see our Brothers prepare for life after college. Finally, the improvements to the Chapter House include a new 70-inch, flat-screen TV in the din- ing room, made possible through the generosity of our parents and the hard work of our House Corporation and Advisory Board. We cannot thank you enough for showing interest in the Chapter. The Chapter continues to progress after so many years, which truly makes me proud to be an Indiana Zeta Phi and shows how proud our alumni are to be Phis. Look for an alumni event schedule sometime in the spring!
