PATH shelter schedule The PATH Winter Shelter for homeless people in the community will rotate through several area churches starting Nov. 1 and running through April 30. The latest to express keen appreciation for the quality of home cured hams in this city is Mrs. Winifred G. Putman of the Sutter county metropolis. It seems she was here a few days ago when she purchased one of these palatable pieces of pork, but failed to remember the name of the market. Then they demonstrated how the dogs worked. It was interesting to see the dogs in action. After the demonstration, the deputies sold T-shirts to raise money for the K-9 dogs program.
