ALPHA CHAPTER OF THETA XI Alphabet 150 Years of Excellence at Alpha Chapter W Xi started nearly 150 years ago and hen most people hasn't missed a beat. It continues to hear about the Greek system they immethis day and can be seen in every aspect of the active chapter and every diately conjure up images of Animal brother, both past and present. The House and all its excessive behavactive brothers take time out of their ior, debauchery, hazing, and general busy scholastic lives to find and mayhem. I'm sure there are always mentor the new brothers, as well as instances where this is the case, but maintain the chapter house. They more and more it seems the Greek balance this with all their other exsystem promotes balance. Most peotracurricular activities, and they do ple I meet and work with who excel so with great distinction. Equally as at their jobs and also their personal impressive are the alumni who have lives seem to have one thing in combecome the captains of industry. The excellence of Theta Yours in the Bonds, John Reinhardt '94 (A1358), Alumni Association President (705) 858-1507 | john@teamreinhardt.com Alpha Chapter Strives to Stay Top Fraternity on Campus A s we approach our 150th anniversary this April, the Alpha Chapter has kept busy maintaining our scholastic excellence, getting involved in the community, recruiting new members, and restoring our beloved chapter house. For the semester, our chapter ranked in the top 25% of RPI fraternities with a 3.17 GPA. This semester, Scholarship Chairman Carson Hotard '16 (A1665) has taken a test-oriented approach and implemented group review sessions to help brothers prepare for exams. Community Relations Chairman Sean Rudowsky '16 (A1673) has several community service events planned for the semester. Late October, the brotherhood went to Oakwood Cemetery to rake leaves and to visit the grave of one of our founders, Nathanial H. Starbuck (A8). In addition, on November 10, we participated in a cleanup of Prospect Park as part of the Interfraternity Council's Greek Service Day.
