Academics a Top Priority for Chapter Our men have done an excellent job in all areas, especially academics. We remained atop the academic competition by attaining a 3.25 GPA, far surpassing the IFC 2.93. We are very proud of our achievements these past semesters and strive to become even better in the future. New Member Education Underway Recruitment is now behind us and the new member education program is underway. Our new member program was the first to be approved in the West Great Lakes region. "I am honored to create a new member process that enlightens our new men on the rich history and storied rituals of Beta Theta Pi," said Vice President of Member Education Kevin Adams '15. "We have recruited many future leaders and expect great things from them." Gamma Psi Leaders on Campus Our brothers are active in the fraternity and on campus. Many of them participate in student organizations and are class leaders. A few Gamma Psi brothers are working or interning at notable companies, including the executive board of the Supply Chain Management Association to the marketing department for Michigan State athletics. Vice President of Brotherhood Mitch Cavanaugh '15 hopes for at least one championship this year and would not be surprised if the chapter took more than that. Alumni Event Enjoys Great Success At the Homecoming game against Indiana on October 12, we enjoyed visiting with alumni who came to the house for our tailgate.
