O 20, 2010 Red Hatters Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser QUARTZSITE-Red Hat Run-Abouts of Quartzsite kicked off their annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser at Silly Al’s Pizza on October 14th. This year the Red Hat Run-Abouts have chosen to have a raffle and bake sale and will extend to January 2011. The raffle will include baskets made up of handmade Afghans, gift certifi- cates from local businesses and many other items from residents and busi- nesses. Raffle tickets will be available from club members at different loca- tions around town. The tickets are $1 each or 12 for $10. The bake sale will take place Janu- ary 7, 2011 in Rainbow Acres during the annual yard sale held by residents there. Look for the Red Hat Ladies in Pink and support breast cancer research. All money collected from this fund- raiser will go to a breast cancer re- search organization. The raffle draw- ing will be held at Silly Al’s in January. You do not need to be present to win. Our Red Hat Run-Abouts work hard- er every year and are looking forward to this year being a huge success. To contribute or participate in this fundraiser, please contact Susan Smith at (520) 238-2110. .DM. Music Jams starting There is a new Gospel Accoustic Jam beginning on Tuesday nights start on Oct. 26th at 6:30pm.
